[spoken]
hey, I, uh... I know it's probably not a good time right now.
I wrote a poem for you, and I really wanted to show you it,
so... I'll start;
I've seen lights in a glass room &
[sung]
it reminds me of you— a window
that has no end. when it’s cold,
i see the whole sky in your breath—
do you ever think that the stars
glow as deep as the blood
pulsing through your hands?
you’re a wilderness, not plotted land,
yet you doubt the life inside of you—
but who knows where souls and flesh end?
i don’t need vision to feel your heat
so don’t hold your breath; i feel
your words like light
hey, I, uh... I know it's probably not a good time right now.
I wrote a poem for you, and I really wanted to show you it,
so... I'll start;

so don’t hold your breath; i feel
